I have decided to join the Sew Fortnightly 5th Challenge -

 Make a bodice


The rules:

#5: Bodice - Make a bodice – a garment that covers the upper body.  You can either abide by the strictest historical sense (see the blog post for history of bodice terminology) or can explore the idea of bodices in a more general sense.

For this challenge I am going to make an under-bodice for my younger daughter. This bodice will have a band with buttons to attach her hoop. I'm thinking a bateau neck with no sleeves, it will button up the back. I haven't done button holes for some time so it will be good practice.
