Traveling Bag

I added a traveling bag to my to-do list a few weeks ago. This particular bag goes over the arm and is embroidered. I have no time to embroider such a large design and have been looking for an applique instead. Here is one that I found in Arthur's Home Magazine 1858. Notice that the description says that it is suitable for a bag.
