Here are the needle books that I made for the girls. They are made from pasteboard, covered with reproduction cotton print fabric and have a piece of wool flannel for the pages.
The bags that go with them are coordinating and have silk ties. There was also a small piece of bees wax in the bags. So, now the girl's are on their way to having well stocked sewing baskets.
